I am a real estate agent and just sold a new townhouse to a client of mine. There were some issues with the radiant heating and hot water system that came up during the inspection. The builder fixed the problem but I wanted an independent plumber to take a look at it rather than just take the builder’s word for it. Herb of Butterfield Plumbing was great. He was on time and inspected the system but his service did not stop there. He made some recommendations about preventative maintenance at the house and explained all plumbing system in layman’s terms to me. Herb provides on time, friendly customer service and can take care of all your plumbing needs. I would not hesitate using him in the future.
