I contacted Butterfield, they were able to send Doug out that day to give me an estimate. I scheduled the work, and they gave me a specific time that Doug would be there. (Another plumber I’ve worked with gave me a 4-hour window, and then didn’t even show up within that timeframe.) The initial plan for some of the work couldn’t be done, but Doug was flexible and came up with another plan right away. All costs were reasonable, and the actual work came in a little below the estimate – always a nice perk. I really appreciated their quick response to my need, and doing such a great job.
