In the process of selling my condo, the inspection turned up some plumbing problems to be fixed, which needed to be addressed right away, of course. I contacted Butterfield, they were able to send Doug out that day to give me an estimate. I scheduled the work, and they gave me a specific time that Doug would be there. (Another plumber I’ve worked with gave me a 4-hour window, and then didn’t even show up within that timeframe.) The initial plan for some of the work couldn’t be done, but Doug was flexible and came up with another plan right away. All costs were reasonable, and the actual work came in a little below the estimate – always a nice perk. I really appreciated their quick response to my need, and doing such a great job.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and Herb came right over to help take care of the Clog of the Century! He’s kind and professional, takes his time with your home so the job is well done, and has fair pricing on top of all that! Always nice to find a good plumber!
