In the process of selling my condo, the inspection turned up some plumbing problems to be fixed, which needed to be addressed right away, of course. I contacted Butterfield, they were able to send Doug out that day to give me an estimate. I scheduled the work, and they gave me a specific time that Doug would be there. (Another plumber I’ve worked with gave me a 4-hour window, and then didn’t even show up within that timeframe.) The initial plan for some of the work couldn’t be done, but Doug was flexible and came up with another plan right away. All costs were reasonable, and the actual work came in a little below the estimate – always a nice perk. I really appreciated their quick response to my need, and doing such a great job.

Herb was awesome!! My plumbing got REALLY backed up on a Sunday evening and he was here first thing Monday morning! I had a big name company come out and give me an estimate before I found Herb and their estimate was $811. I was freaking out. Herb did the job in less than two hours and I saved over $600!!! I would highly reccommend him. He was professional, pricing was fair and he got here quick! I hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I’ll definitely be calling Herb!
