In the process of selling my condo, the inspection turned up some plumbing problems to be fixed, which needed to be addressed right away, of course. I contacted Butterfield, they were able to send Doug out that day to give me an estimate. I scheduled the work, and they gave me a specific time that Doug would be there. (Another plumber I've worked with gave me a 4-hour window, and then didn't even show up within that timeframe.) The initial plan for some of the work couldn't be done, but Doug was flexible and came up with another plan right away. All costs were reasonable, and the actual work came in a little below the estimate - always a nice perk. I really appreciated their quick response to my need, and doing such a great job.

I like the way he talks through everything without talking down to me, nor going over my head. He's very professional (reliable even! Not all contractors are like that) and personable. He also has had the cheapest prices of any plumber I've ever dealt with. I never once felt like he was trying to add on unnecessary fees to his bill. Dear Yelp, may I have more than 5 stars for this business, please?

This past week my girlfriend and I had Butterfield plumbing to come out and check on few leaks we had in one of our units of our newly purchased triplex. Spoke with Herb on the phone and confirmed that a plumber (Elliot) will be out the next day. Elliot shows up not only on time but early. Can you believe that? He was very helpful and efficient. I just had him out today to check on another issue with our dishwasher and he was able to fix the problem. It is really nice to see a company like Butterfield who obviously cares about their customers and aren't out to take advantage. Thank you Elliot for being professional and courteous.
